Carr Research Laboratory, Inc. (CRL) was established in 1974 as an environmental consulting firm focused on creative problem-solving of complex environmental issues. With a well-versed and diversely educated staff, CRL offered a broad range of services and expertise in environmental science and engineering that carried projects from the first site evaluation through permitting and, if necessary, construction monitoring. CRL emphasized quality and efficiency while uniquely tailoring its services to fit customer project needs.
